Our approach is we design with, not for. Our program design model is grounded in a participatory co-development approach to ensure that training outcomes best meet participant needs. Capacity building activities include developing on-line and in-person training courses and workshops to government, private sector organizations, academic institutions, and civil society organizations.

Increasingly our work is centred on advancing climate adaptation, with an emphasis on nature-based solutions. This includes helping organizations in creating nature-positive strategies and in developing road maps for integrating nature-based solutions as part of larger climate adaptation strategies into their programs and operations.
